At Allied, training, skill level and professionalism is a top priority. This means we don’t hire just anyone. It also means Allied supports employees who want to further their career whether it’s getting the basics like safety training, supporting them through the Rat Pack Program or Red and Gold Seal Certification. Allied works closely with the Alberta Walls and Ceilings Association in curriculum development and setting industry standards because we know having the right education can change lives while improving the industry. Allied is an advocate for raising the bar industry wide and it shows in the work we do every day.
Peace-of-mind is important. Knowing you and your loved ones are covered can make all the difference. At Allied both full-time and part-time field and office staff have 100% coverage for medical, dental, prescription and eye wear up to a specific dollar amount. All we ask for is three months of continuous employment prior to eligibility. It’s just another way Allied works for you.

All full-time and part-time staff are eligible for profit sharing (Yup, you read that right). At Allied, we believe in a shared set of values. The better the team performs, the better we all do!
